B E W Y L D with Perera Elsewhere

B E W Y L D is a DIY events planner. Having founded a festival that was part of the Valletta 2018 music programme, it has been going strong since then, by organising thematic events in unusual spaces, in cities such as Amsterdam, Berlin, Budapest, Lisbon, and also in Malta, by working with a range of different disciplined artists from a number of countries.

Two of the fundamentals of B E W Y L D is giving back, and communities. True to its roots, by figuring out ways to give something to the communities, it has recently reached out to Berlin Based/British Artist – Perera Elsewhere. Having researched about the workshops she has given in a number of cities, she has been invited to give a DJ performance, and to deliver a workshop to the communities in Malta. One of those communities that will be collaborating for the workshop will be Malta Sound Women Network, who will be sending their members to work on a song with Perera Elsewhere.

Venue – Event will take place within the social/creative hub of Ivy House in Pembroke.

Programme:
Friday 3rd December – DJ set by Perera Elsewhere with support from Malta based/British DJ – Dean Wengrow
Saturday 4th December – 3-4 hour afternoon Workshop focused on production and songwriting, offered by Perera Elsewhere.
