David is a realist painter who has a huge admiration for Andrew Wyeth and Antonio Lopez Garcia. He has given a unique twist to this earthy realism. He studied art under Graham Gurr and later continued his studies in the USA under Steve Huston. Last year David was in Italy where he participated in workshops conducted by Vincent Desidero and Bernardo Siciliano – two major exponents of contemporary realism art.
