Talk at the Mdina Cathedral Museum

“The Durer Collection at the Cathedral Museum Mdina” is the title of a very interesting and well researched talk which will be delivered by Mons John Azzopardi on Friday, 21st April 2017 at 7.00 p.m. at the Mdina Cathedral Museum.

In 1966, the German-Maltese Circle donated a collection of etchings on the Apocalypse by Albrecht Dürer to the Cathedral Museum in Mdina, where one can still admire it in what is commonly referred to as Dürer’s Hall.  The Museum boasts of a unique collection on the Island of etchings and engravings of famous German artist and engraver Albrecht Durer.

The talk is open to the general public.
