Dictionary of Health Policy

The growing globalisation…
… and the increasing importance of international and European decisions on national matters require the use of correct English terms for players, institutions and rules of health policy to allow a cooperation between specialists from politics, industry, pharmaceutical area and media representatives across the borders.

This German – English dictionary by the German Association of Researching Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (VFA) contributes to the facilitation of the health policy-related work in the international area. This dictionary contains terms from the health policy in the narrow sense as well as terms from work labour law and social law, which could be helpful or necessary for a comprehensive description of the social security system.

This dictionary does not claim to be exhaustive.
